I’m Emma, owner of Phase Pilates, specialising in Reformer and Mat Pilates.  I am a mum of three and during my first pregnancy I developed Diastasis Recti, which is a separation of the stomach muscles. I needed a way to help with post natal recovery and I discovered Pilates. Living in London at the time I found that there was such an inspiring range of treatments and personal trainers. Having lower back pain which was due to my abdominal separation I found that a course of physio using a reformer had really worked - my body was fixed.

 

I fell in love with this form of exercise and wanted to help others the way pilates helped me. It’s much more than just exercise too, it really does change your outlook on life.

 

I’m qualified in Nutrition, Pre and Post Natal, Mat and Reformer Pilates, so I am able to develop a holistic plan that perfectly complements your lifestyle and goals.

 

Come along and try a session with me, it’s a place for people to enjoy a little self care and clear their head.

Perfect for beginners to see if you enjoy Reformer Pilates - 4 sessions allows us to cover all elements of the Reformer.
BLOCK BOOKINGS

6 SESSIONS  - £243 (10% DISCOUNT - SAVING £27)

10 SESSIONS - £382 (15% DISCOUNT - SAVING £68)
